Andrew Hunter established the European business for Australian hotel company, Adina Apartment Hotels. As its European Director, he is responsible for the growth of the business including development, finance and asset management across Europe.
Before joining the Toga Group, Andrew was a Partner and Director at property consultancy Gardiner & Theobald, where he held responsibility for the projects including the new London head office for Sainsbury’s, the London headquarters for Guinness UDV, the GSK headquarters in London, and the fit-out of Christies auction rooms in New York.
Andrew started his career in Australia with the Lend Lease Corporation before moving into property finance with Macquarie Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia. In 1987 he was awarded the Forbes and Fitzhardinge Prize for Most Outstanding Graduate, as well as the Cohen Medal for Architecture.
